Joining the Citron Masses

I cast on and have started Citron! So as of now I am one of 312 knitters on Ravelry who have started this project. I’ve only managed to get the center set up finished and am working on the first part of the shawl body, but am loving every second. Between the pattern, the lovely Malabrigo sock yarn, and the excellent colorway of Rayon Vert I am essentially in heaven!

Right next to heaven is the afghan which is a pretty darn close second, and is also nice because it is warm on my lap!

Wonder how fast I can finish this shawl so I can wear it. The real test will be if I can manage to knit and role-play later. I aim to try!
